We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team for a paid summer placement as a Documentation Assistant.
About the Role
This placement offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience within a busy manufacturing environment while developing valuable skills in compliance, administration, and process improvement.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help review and update business documentation, ensuring procedures remain accurate, professional, and aligned with current working practices.
Available Position
As a Documentation Assistant, you will:
- Review existing procedures and documentation.
- Identify differences between documented and actual processes.
- Update and improve business documents.
- Format documents to a professional standard.
- Support general administrative activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be fully proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be organised and able to work independently.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Be aged 18 or over.
